Free delivery is available on all orders within the UAE.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free delivery.

No separate standard delivery charge will be added to eligible UAE orders at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, we may provide tracking details after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been handed to the delivery provider.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information when placing an order.

  • Building or villa details

  • Apartment or unit number, where applicable

  • Street or area

  • Emirate

  • Other required delivery information

Urban Spot is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

7. Failed or Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the courier cannot contact the customer, the courier may make another delivery attempt or contact the customer to arrange delivery.

Additional arrangements may be required depending on the circumstances and courier procedures.

8. Delayed Orders

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us so we can check the status of your shipment.

While we work with our delivery partners to complete orders promptly, Urban Spot cannot guarantee a specific delivery date where delays are caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please contact Urban Spot as soon as reasonably possible.

Where appropriate, please provide photographs or other information that may help us investigate the issue with the delivery provider or fulfillment partner.

10. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, or missing item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

We may request photographs, order details, or other information needed to investigate and resolve the issue.

11. Returns and Shipping

Our standard return window is 14 days from delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund and Return Policy.

For eligible standard returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Urban Spot does not charge a restocking fee.

For products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before arranging a return so that we can review the issue and provide the appropriate instructions.
